Discover the beautiful Playa Buyé beach, surrounded by palm trees and adorned with precious coral reefs, followed by a visit to the wonderful and popular Poblado de Boquerón village in Cabo Rojo. Visit the typical fisherman’s village of Puerto Real with a quick stop at the main local marina and restaurant fishing post. On the way back enjoy a selection of laidback restaurants following the coastal road of Joyuda to finish with an exquisite culinary experience of fresh seafood options and popular cocktails (Drinks and food not included).

Explore the historical site of the Guajataca railroad tunnel along with its secluded secret beach spot, followed by a short pitstop at the Cara del Indio monument of Isabela. From there we venture to the popular Crash Boat beach of Aguadilla and visit the historical downtown area for some local tapas and cocktails, while discovering the classic west coast culture. Finally, we head down to the most western town of the island, Rincon. There we see Punta Las Higuera lighthouse right next to an old nuclear power plant, and Domes beach along with a few other local favorites. We end up at the Tamboo Tavern beachfront deck restaurant in time to experience a unique sunset in all its prestige and essence at the west.

Start by enjoying a quick photo opportunity of the tallest statue in the United States hemisphere know as Birth of the New World, a colossal sculpture in honor of Christopher Columbus at Arecibo. Moving on down the coastline we visit Cueva del Indio, which feature amazing Taino petroglyphs as well as breathtaking coastal land bridges. A little further down the road we find the Arecibo lighthouse right next to Bishop’s pond beach, a popular water hole spot. Then, after a lunch stop at a local fresh seafood restaurant, we follow our quest towards the west coast; but not before exploring the historical site of the Guajataca railroad tunnel and a short pitstop at the Cara del Indio monument in Isabela. Next stop is Surfer’s beach in Aguadilla, right next to the ruins of the original Punta Borinquen lighthouse as we drive by Borinquen beach. Finally, we visit the historical downtown area of Aguadilla while appreciating a classic Puerto Rico’s west coast sunset before heading back to San Juan.
